• President opened the meeting at 6:30PM
• Shelli Davis was introduced from the City of Charleston Recreation Department; she spoke about offering an instructional bocce league at the West Ashley Park in the coming months.
• President asked for approval of the January meeting minutes
• Treasure gave January 2009 report.
• Motion was Voted to accept the Treasures Report
• President asked the VP to give an update on the street lights that are not working; the Grand Oaks Blvd lights have all been repaired. Only one on Ashley Garden Rd has been repaired. VP to call SCE&G again for status and update on repairs.
• Discussed date for annual meeting and that two board positions will need to be filled this year. The date selected is April 16, 2009
• President will verify notice to Manager
• Next meeting March 19, 2009
