• President opened the meeting at 6:30PM
• President asked for 2008 Year End Financial Report
• Treasure gave December 2008 report, President asked for a few changes to be included in year end report
• Motion was Voted to accept the Treasures Report
• President asked the VP to give an update on the street lights that are not working
• Meeting with the City Recreational manager was postponed
• Discussed date for annual meeting and that two board positions will need to be filled this year. The date selected is April 16, 2009
• Next meeting February 19, 2009
• Treasure attached the Citizens Advisory Group Meeting Schedule for 2009 to his report
• Meeting Closed at 8:00PM
