Subject: Grand Oaks Boulevard Master Association Monthly Meeting Minutes:

President opened the meeting at 6:30PM
President asked for approval of the May meeting minutes ( VP to get from AM)
Treasure gave report and was accepted.
Motion was Voted to accept the Treasures Report
President asked the VP to give an update on the street lights that are not working; All street lights have been repaired to date; will continue to monitor
VP to call landscaper to see if we can turn off the irrigation system for the perennials that were planted last year to replace the annuals.
VP to visit the Meeting Street sales office and try to resolve the sign
Association Manager gave VP names and phone numbers of the streets and sidewalks division of the city to repair sidewalk and fill in washed out areas of the sidewalks and streets between Meeting Street and Moss Creek along Ashley Garden Drive. The area in front of the telephone head end seems to be the worst area in need of repair.
Association Manager and VP to follow-up with Sienna manager with regards to water leak in the front area of their entrance, to the right of the telephone head end; it appears to be a lawn sprinkler leak.
