* President opened the meeting at 6:30PM
* Treasure gave report
* Reviewed the Association Manager's update.
* Gave Manager the approval to pressure wash the entrance sign and fence.
* The Backflow prevention and freeze protector at the entrance has been repaired.
* The water meter cover at the entrance was also replaced.
* Manager to have city to clear leaves and debris blocking the drains at Ashley Garden Blvd and Xavier Road.
* The City has been counting traffic on Grand Oaks and Ashley Garden Blvds. This was done to see if additional signage was needed for traffic going to and from the new park. The double yellow lines for both roadways should be completed this month, per City Roads Engineer.
* The President and Manager gave an update on the status of the yearbook process * ACML and Moss Creek have not submitted for the yearbook, to date.
* The Annual Board Meeting will be held on April 15, 2010 at 6:30PM @ the new City Recreation Park Building.
* Meeting Closed at 8:20PM
