Subject: Grand Oaks Boulevard Master Association Monthly Meeting Minutes:

• President opened the meeting at 6:30PM
• President asked for approval of the Annual Meeting Minutes, via email pending changes
• Treasure gave Treasurers report
• Motion was Voted to accept the Treasures Report
• Action item’s from the Annual Meeting are as follows:
• 1) Meeting Street Fence Signs- VP to handle
• 2) Meeting Street Grass issue- VP to handle
• 3) Ms. Rentz gave VP the phone number to help with the city street and sidewalk division with regards to the washout area’s to be backfill by the city between The Meeting Street and Moss Creek Tracts
• 4) Ms. Rentz to contact Greenery in reference to the planting of drought resistance plants last fall, too see if we could terminate the need for irrigation
• President discussed The Stokes Group Agreement and Signed
• President suggested that Mt. Royal be offered the adjusted late fee of 6% if paid immediately. Motion to approve, seconded and passed
• Ms. Rentz discussed the issue with the SCE&G billing
• Board members agreed that Ms. Rentz will now only need to attend the quarterly meetings starting with the August meeting
• Next meeting is on June 18, at the Wathen’s Residence
• Meeting Closed at 8:40PM
