Dear Neighbors,
Just a quick note to let you all know after soliciting multiple bids we have selected an experienced company to repair our front fountain. The principal owner of Ables landscaping is also a resident of our community. We hope to begin the construction and repair of our fountain within the next few days.
Additionally the HOA board has met with the police on 2 occasions and had 6 phone conversations with law enforcement. The police are not optimistic that the guilty party will ever be found. Also we have filled the appropriate claim against our insurance policy. The cost to the HOA should be minimal.
Dear Hamilton Grove Neighbors, A few quick updates on our damaged fountain over the weekend
We do have an insurance policy and are working to determine the policy deducible. Our preference is to catch the person who damaged the fountain and file a claim against their insurance. We are actively working with the police.
By recovering car part numbers of the wreck debris at the scene of the crime we have determined the vehicle to be a white GM vehicle:

This headlight is for 1997-2005 Chevy Venture LS, Right passengers side. This headlight should also fit a 1997-2004 Oldsmobile Silhouette, 1997-2000 Pontiac Trans Sport, 1997-2005 Pontiac Montana
Based on the path that the accident happened with the vehicle leaving the neighborhood the board feels someone in our community may have additional facts.
Accordingly we are offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the driver of this vehicle. This $500 reward will be funded out of our operating reserve.
