County Council to hold Public Meeting on Bees Ferry Landfill.
Meeting to be held at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday July 16th in County Council Chambers..
This meeting proposes to change the wording of an ordinance to enable the county to increase the height of the landfill to 168 ft.

The Construction Debris section of Bees Ferry Land fill is to be increased in height from 68 ft to 168 ft.
It will take some years to reach this height but when it does it will be a hill visible from parts of
Hamilton Grove and the new D2 Tract.
There will presumable be more truck traffic on Bees Ferry Blvd. as a result of this change.
