I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself to your Home Owners Association. My name is Kenton Baron and I am the new store manager at the Sherwin-Williams located at 3525 Mary Ader Ave.
As a resident myself in a HOA community, I understand how important paint maintenance is for property value and sustainability of a way of life within the community.
As you know, not properly maintaining house appearances hurts the community in several ways. As spring is just around the corner and many projects are beginning, I would like to be the supplier that your residences chose for their property maintenance needs.

I am proud to offer your community two exceptional, money saving options. First, by having your community on board I am able to offer you discounted prices on all our premium products. I have set up a cash account giving all residences a 20% discount off all list priced products. All the resident must do is mention that they live in your community. Second, if a community member wants a more personal record of the products bought, we also offer a preferred customer account program.
This saves the customer 10% off list price and we keep color and product records of their purchases at our store for seven (7) years. Either opinion saves the customer money, makes fulfilling maintenance needs easier, and satisfies all involved parties.
